James Lipari, a Victorian College of the Arts graduate, excels in Technical Production and Event Management. Starting as a Lighting Technician in Melbourne's venues 12 years ago, he evolved into a seasoned Production Manager.

Highlights include managing tours with Melbourne Theatre Company and international collaborations with Lucy Guerin Inc and Chunky Move. James has had a decade-long contribution to the St Kilda Festival encompassing multiple roles, whether installing equipment, coordinating logistics, or managing technical aspects, James has been pivotal to the festival's success.

His passion lies in collaborative teamwork, ensuring excellence in project outcomes.
